Day 1:#90DaysOfDevOps

Day 1 starts with the basics of DevOps
What is DevOps?
DevOps is a culture of collaboratively working with Development and Operations teams to minimize the time to market i.e. if deploying software takes 10 mins in the traditional way(which also takes a lot of manual effort) that should be done in under a couple of minutes also enabling automation to reduce manual work.
What is Automation, Scaling, and Infrastructure?
Automation: It is the process of using different technologies/tools to design, develop, and deploy software with minimal human intervention.
Scaling: It is the process of increasing and decreasing the resources as per the demand. It involves designing and implementing systems that can handle increased load and traffic. Scaling requires automation technologies and a forward-thinking DevOps mindset. A successfully scaled DevOps promotes mutual collaboration among teams, reduced bottlenecks in deliveries, faster feedback cycles, and resilient product updates.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the server that has been provisioned by cloud providers like GCP, AWS, etc. to run our application. With the help of tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc we also automate the infrastructure to reduce manual intervention.
Happy Learning!!!
